The app has never worked on my iPhone 6s Plus. I reset my phone. I can sign into the website from my laptop and it works fine. Only problem you cant deposit checks from a lap top. I complained to Walmart and they quoted me the password regulations. Im not illiterate. The password works on my laptop. Just not on my iPhone. It states the info I put in is not the same as whats on file. Someone has the wrong file info. I even reset my password for their benefit. Of course I know passwords are case sensitive. It works on my laptop. My paycheck is directly deposited to this reloadable card and I dont have access to it. Sounds fishy to me. Dont use the this app its a joke

I cant log into my account. I have the right information but it says that I need to log into the website to access my account.

Crashes on launch. That is all.

As a current money card holder this feature would be awesome and a lot easier for me to get payed as Walmart its self does not cash the checks for the company I work for and I do not have a bank account. So when I saw this feature advertised on the app I was excited and had high hopes. This was until two conversations with green dot customer service and first was told that this would not be an available feature for my old card and that I would have to get a new one (

The app will tell you your balance and transfer funds to and from your Vault. It also has an option to swipe for your balance without logging in. Now for the problems. The app makes retype your password to log in every time you open it. Also, the swipe feature for your balance doesnt update until you manually log in. If you spend money without logging in to the app, swiping will show your old balance. Please make it so the app remembers my password and/or logs me in automatically. That and fix the swipe for balance feature.

Walmart will gladly take your money but they cant produce an app that will work with an IPhone. Touché Walmart!

App doesnt update . Often has problems or "errors" logging in .. It could be so simple but it seems to never work which disappoints me . Especially if I were in a position where I needed to know my balance NOW

When a prepaid card that does not have the funds for a recurring amount, the transaction should not go through, well this happened for the third time and this should not go through very digusted with this

This app worked for a couple of months, after that it will not connect !

Ever since I updated the app says its having issues opening and to try again! It doesnt matter how many times or how many different days I tried...it still wont open! I liked this app bc I could keep track of transactions on my acct. Please fix!!!

They advertised about the MOBILE CHECK DEPOSIT and THEY DONT HAVE IT ON THE APP! This is the reason why i got the card. I WISH THEY CAN SUE WALMART MONEYCARD FOR ADVERTISING false FEATURE of this card!!!!! Very bad!!!!!

If you are under 18 then you are forced to use Walmart money cards website instead of this app.

24 hours after loading my card, four useless calls to customer service, still cant access my funds or use the app as the app doesnt recognize my registration. I got this because I had a financial emergency and needed to pay my bills, now I will be hit with late fees and the cost of this bogus card (6.00) Thanks for nothing was-mart

Been trying for 3 days to register my card but its says sorry we are experiencing technical difficulties Deleting this worthless app So happy I wasted time and data to download

The app does all that I want it do. I can even check my balance without logging in. You cannot direct deposit checks but I didnt expect to. Think it would be worthy to mention I have a iPhone 5s dont know how it works on 6/6s

Im Not Sure If Its My Phone Or The App But Everytime I Go On The App To Register My Card It Does Not Allow Me...Theres This Little Blue Circle That Comes Up In The Lower Left Hand Corner And All It Does Is Spin And Never Move Or Do Anything And It Wont Allow Me To Me Put In Any Info Or Register My Card.....Please Fix A.S.A.P.

App is fine, when it works. Most of the time, when I type in my use name and password it says "Oops! We werent able to pull up your account info at the moment. Please check back with us later." I can log on from my PC and call the card phone number and I get my balance just fine. But this app is basically garbage.

App will not log into account. Keeps telling me to login with a browser.

The vault is pissing me off!! I have my money in the "stash" and cant even "unstash" my money!! Says try again later!! Worst app, couldnt even pay my meal
